Our restaurant showcases an elegant and innovative experience of culinary delicacies. We offer three dining options:
Chef’s Counter | Dine up-close with the chef’s & watch them prepare your 8-course Tasting Menu! With 8 available slots, seating is not only personal, but very limited.
Dining Room | Choose from our À la Carte Menu or our 8-course Chef’s Tasting Menu ($145/person) with optional Beverage Pairings. (*We kindly request that the entire table participates when choosing the Tasting Menu). Reservations are strongly preferred. Walk-ins are based on availability. For parties larger than 8, please email chris@hirayadc.com.

Dietary Needs • Please understand that our style of cuisine cannot accommodate major allergens such as gluten, dairy, shellfish/fin fish, egg, allium & nightshades the day of…advanced notice is required to accommodate. We do offer a Vegetarian Tasting Menu upon request.. If you have questions or need clarifications, please email our manager chris@hirayadc.com.
Beverages • Wine pairings are available to compliment your dinner, priced at $95/person. We also have a Cocktail Pairing ($95/person), and a N/A “Mocktail” Pairing ($75/person). Our beverage menu features deliciously crafted cocktails, an array of natural wines by the glass or bottle, local & Filipino Beers, and house-made non-alcoholic/mocktails. (*All Wines Featured in the current Wine Pairing are available for purchase as well!)
Corkage • Guests are welcome to bring their own special bottle, with a limit of two bottles per reservation. There is a $35 corkage fee per bottle.
Accessibility • Unfortunately, our historic building does not have an elevator. Customers with accessibility needs are encouraged to enjoy our fantastic dinner menu at the Café, where the entrance is ground level with no steps.
A 22% service charge is added to every check. We believe in equal and equitable opportunities for our full team, and this charge goes to staff both in the kitchen & the dining room to supplement base wages, provide health insurance, and employee benefits. Additional tipping is not expected, but you are welcome to do so if you wish.*
