Named after the Filipino word "kayumanggi," meaning "brown" and often used to describe the beautiful, sun-kissed skin of the Filipino people, KAYU celebrates the warmth and depth of Filipino culture through its diverse menu. Savor authentic dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients, blending traditional flavors with modern culinary techniques.

Our restaurant showcases an elegant and innovative experience of culinary delicacies. We offer three dining options:

  • Chef’s Counter | $115 Dine up-close with the chef’s & watch them prepare your 8-course Tasting Menu! With 8 available slots, seating is not only personal, but very limited.

  • Dining Room | Choose from our A La Carte Menu, our Salo-salo Menu that features a 4-course Menu ($65/person) or our 8-course Chef’s Tasting Menu ($115/person) with optional Beverage Pairings for $65. (*We kindly request that the entire table participates when choosing the Tasting Menu). Reservations are strongly preferred. Walk-ins are based on availability.   • Bar & Dessert Tasting | $48 Thoughtfully Crafted 3-course dessert tasting with beverage pairing.

Dietary Needs • Please understand that our style of cuisine cannot accommodate major allergens such as gluten, dairy, shellfish/fin fish, egg, allium & nightshades the day of…advanced notice is required to accommodate.
